Gateway Therapies LLC provides healthcare-related manual therapy services, including Facial Counterstrain and similar bodywork techniques. We collect medical information from clients to provide safe and effective services.

 

Important: Text messaging is not secure for sensitive health information. Do not send medical or health details via SMS.

• Appointment details

• Relevant medical history or therapy-related health info

• Jane App, an encrypted practice management software

• Local company devices, including a Mac computer not synced to cloud storage

• Google Workspace, used for email communication and internal business operations

• QUO, used for business phone services and service-related text messaging

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS for scheduling and service updates. Message/data rates may apply.

Parental or guardian consent is required for clients under 18. Guardians are the primary contact for scheduling and privacy inquiries.

We maintain client records in accordance with Wisconsin privacy laws for healthcare-related services.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal and medical information.
