Meet The Team
Sally Korb DPT, CSC1
I am an experienced physical therapist located in the Greater Milwaukee area, specializing in chronic pain management. After earning my Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Carroll University in 2007, I pursued formal training in Fascial Counterstrain beginning in 2012.

I consider myself fortunate to help individuals from diverse backgrounds reduce or eliminate chronic pain. Witnessing the positive impact of FCS on hundreds of individuals has been immensely rewarding, and I am grateful to contribute to this rapidly evolving field of physical therapy.

A bit more about me: I live in Mequon, WI, with my husband Sam and our four children. Outside of work, I enjoy activities like running, biking, snowboarding, and diving into a good book. Even when I'm not officially at work, I am still engaged in homeschooling my children. I firmly believe that the combination of chocolate and cherries is essential for a well-rounded life.

Bethany Graesslin DPT
I have been practicing as a physical therapist for the past seven years. My journey began with an undergraduate degree in Rehabilitation Psychology from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2013, followed by earning my Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Concordia University-Mequon in 2017. Throughout these years, I have focused on outpatient orthopedic care, where I gained valuable experience.

In 2019, I took my first course in fascial counterstrain and was immediately impressed by its effectiveness. Learning and applying this technique has been a passion of mine, and I have witnessed its profound impact on patients.
A bit more about me: For the past five years, my family and I have called West Bend home. Alongside my husband and two children, we love spending time together outdoors—whether taking walks, grilling, or enjoying occasional camping trips. Being a full-time mom to my kids brings me immense joy. During my moments of relaxation, I indulge in baking, reading books, and savoring a good cup of coffee.
My fascial training includes:

Courses
Foundations (F1), Lymphatic-Venous System 1: Peripheral (LV1), Lymphatic-Venous System 2: Spinal (LV2), Spinal Ligaments & Myofascia (MSK-SL), Periosteum (MSK-P) Cartilage & Superficial Fascia (MSK-C), Visceral System (VC), Arterial System (AR), Nervous system Part 1: Autonomics & Cranial Nerves (FCS N1)

Rachel Jarrett RN, BSN
I've been a Registered Nurse in Tampa, Florida for the past three years, having earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of South Florida in 2020. In 2022, I began delving into fascial counterstrain to better assist my patients dealing with chronic pain.

A bit more about me: Recently relocating to Waukesha, WI with my family, I enjoy kayaking, reading, and exploring new cuisines. Personally experiencing the transformative effects of FCS on my own health has inspired me to join Gateway Therapies. I'm eager to contribute to helping others achieve similar relief from chronic pain and illness.
